WHO WE ARE
Ranger Youth Cheer is a volunteer led youth organization formed to provide interested third through eighth grade children in the Forest Hills Central school district an opportunity to learn and love the sport of cheerleading. Our program is designed to help our youth prepare for high school cheer squads and strengthen the overall cheer program at Forest Hills Central High School.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Julie Sutherlund Christen Fox
Jennifer Puplava Lori Helder
Emily Linnert Reem Yaw
Erin Walters Amy Faulkner
We are in need of parent volunteers. Volunteer opportunities range from chaperoning a team practice, to helping coordinate schedules or uniforms, to joining our board of directors. Parents do not need to have any cheer experience to volunteer!
This program cannot continue without parent volunteers, and we are hopeful that each participant's parent(s) can help in some way.
Please email us at RangerYouthCheerInfo@gmail.com to let us know you are interested.
Looking for summer fun?
Check out the Co-Ed Youth Cheer Clinic June 24-25, 2021! This clinic is a Forest Hills Central camp and is independent from the Ranger Youth Cheer program, but it is a great opportunity for cheerleaders to meet and work with varsity cheerleaders who will be coaching our RYC teams in the fall! Register at https://www.fhcrangercamps.com/cheer-clinic.cfm or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
